"Tony Vlahovics program is a well structured system designed to help all athletes and anyone from the community . Tony and I have been working together for 6 months and we have made tremendous progress using this well structured system. I came to him as an average college pitcher, and with his help, I will leave as a professional pitcher. He brings out the best of anyone that comes to him and his knowledge of athletics and psychology makes his program of excellence the best around. Tony has a great attitude day in and day out, and that is why it is such a pleasure to be around him. He is the best professional trainer I have ever worked with and thats why Tony is more than just a personal trainer.... he is a role model, a supporter, and a great friend." - Shawn Grose, #26." |
